Voluntary Liquidation

As per the Code a corporate person who intends to liquidate itself voluntarily and has not committed any default may initiate voluntary liquidation proceedings under the provisions of section 59 of the code. Experience of over 25 years offering bouquet of services of debt resolution among other services give us requisite understanding of liquidation as required under the code.
