SMSPL has been sponsored by Sumedha Fiscal Services Ltd (SFSL), jointly referred to as Sumedha, which has significant experience in restructuring field for nearly three decades.
SMSPL has been established for the purpose of carrying on Insolvency and Bankruptcy services and engaged in Insolvency Advisory, Business Turnarounds, Liquidation Process and Valuation. The registered office of the company is situated at Kolkata with branch offices at Mumbai, Bangalore, New Delhi, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad.
SMSPL is a pan India based IPE having five offices across the country at Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Chennai and New Delhi. Sumedha employs more than 125 people. Our team comprises of Industry Experts, ex-Bankers, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Lawyers and Management Graduates. SMSPL draws on the strength of a team of 6 IPs associated with SMSPL.
